What You'll Do

• Draft and review patent applications using our AI-powered platform, Inventex IP Spotter
• Provide strategic feedback on invention disclosures and portfolio management
• Help customers identify and protect their most valuable IP
• Collaborate with our engineering team to improve our AI models through structured feedback
• Shape the future of patent prosecution by helping us build better tools for practitioners

Required Qualifications

• Active USPTO registration
• 3-5 years experience preparing and prosecuting U.S. and PCT patent applications
• Strong background in software and electrical engineering patents
• Experience with strategic portfolio management
• Passion for legal technology and innovation

Nice to Have

• Arizona bar admission
• Experience with AI/ML patent applications
• In-house counsel experience
• Prior work with startups
